2. Requires an X offset of 332 pixels. *
3. Requires an X offset of 166 pixels. *
4. Anamorphic formats require a two (2) times zoom in Y if the data is
unsqueezed. Resolution in Y is shown after two (2) times
zoom.
5. 35mm Academy Offset is set up as its own unique format and requires no
software offsets.
